2- Care: Our organization is firmly committed to enhancing the well-being of the Arab women in Waterloo Region. We aspire to foster the full integration and participation of the Arab women into Canadian society.
3- Engagement: Inequalities caused by dependency. By providing educational workshops, valuable awareness, and practical training, we empower women and girls to be more independent and productive members of the community.
Our programs are entirely autonomous of any political, economic, religious or other objectives. Our program’s aim is to empower women and girls to work effectively hand-in-hand with their community members to change lives.

The Arab Women of Waterloo Region is governed by volunteer board members who are committed to ensuring that our programs and services are of the highest quality. An executive leadership team is responsible for managing the day-to-day functions of the organization, trainings, and staff in Waterloo Region
Every year, AWWR files an annual return with the Canadian Revenue Agency and has the financial statements independently audited.
